Accessibility

We want to make Towersey Festival as accessible as possible to all.

The Festival takes place on a green field site with flat access and with wheelchair/mobility scooter access available at all venues.  Our volunteer stewards are ready to assist.

There is a drop off point by the main gate and a dedicated area for parking in the FREE car park.  Due to the layout of the site we feel this is the closest to the venues we can safely get you to in a vehicle.

In our Big Top marquee known as Venue 65 there is a well-positioned viewing platform.

Within the 'canvas/caravan' camping site there is a designated disabled person's camping area.  There are dedicated toilet and shower facilities in this area and if needed, hook-up for recharging scooter batteries etc.  You may also keep a road vehicle nearby.

We offer a complimentary ticket to anyone requiring a full-time carer and ask that you provide proof of disability - via email is fine - which then goes on file so we don't have to repeatedly ask you for this.  Proof accepted is:
• Front page of DLA / PIP
• Front page of Attendance Allowance letter
• Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
• Recognised Assistance Dog ID card

Please buy the ticket/s you require (not the carer’s).  If you do choose to camp in the canvas/caravan area, the online booking system will ask you if you require a camping pitch within the disabled persons camping area.

Then forward your ticket confirmation email to info@towerseyfestival.com and we will issue a complimentary ticket (same type) to your carer.  We will need their name, postal and email addresses please.

If you have any questions please call us on 01629 827016 or email us on info@towerseyfestival.com from where we will respond as soon as possible and do what we can to help make your visit to TOWERSEY FESTIVAL a great experience.
